SLOW NO WAKE & Lake Rules
High-Water Rules: When water levels reach flood stage (measured at the I-94 bridge pier), slow-no-wake is enacted, affecting Lower Nashotah, Upper/Lower Nemahbin, and Crooked Lake.
Lower Nashotah Lake:
Weekend/Holiday Schedule: Slow no wake is mandatory from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on weekends and legal holidays.
Time Restriction: No motorboat may operate faster than slow no wake from sunset to sunrise.
Upper Nemahbin Lake:
Sundays/Holiday Schedule: Slow no wake is mandatory from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sundays and legal holidays.
Time Restriction: No motorboat may operate faster than slow no wake from sunset to sunrise.
Lower Nemahbin Lake:
Time Restriction: No motorboat may operate faster than slow no wake from sunset to sunrise.
